Scooter Girl Design Task - create new and original graphic art piece for "Digital Originals" founder Colin Fabig

Colin got in touch with me late last week after coming across my website - yay for my website, lol!
Colin has several great big ideas in the pipeline, once of which is the logo shown above (not my creation by the way, lol) and some of which requires unique graphic art pieces to be made. He assigned me a small task to test my skills and then we were off and running.
I loved the opportunity to get back into creating graphic "art" as it is so much fun! I think it appeals to my long lost artistic side :) For me, I distinguish graphic design and graphic art by the following (oh and this is just my opinion...)...
Graphic Design - is the development of a unique look and feel for a concept or idea.
Graphic Art - is the development of a unique piece of art that is digitally based.
So I got so into it I was still tweaking at midnight on Friday. Lets just say it involved lots of filters, layers, and airbrushing, lol!
